Gloria Valencia-Terra, CPC, CRC, CPC-I is a graduate of York College. She worked for the City of New York in an administrative role for over 10 years and decided on a change of pace. Gloria acquired her CPC certification in 2017, and after passing the CPC certification exam, she realized her strength was in teaching and began to help her fellow colleagues through tutoring and mentoring and then went on to become a certified instructor.
